 To be published in March/April 2008 as part of Thomson West’s BRIEFING PAPERS CollectionThese PAPERS will update and expand BRIEFING PAPER 95-5, “Maximizing Termination for ConvenienceSettlements.”  They will provide new strategies for maximizing recovery  and cover new topics such as cost-type contracts, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contracts, FAR Part 12 Commercial item contracts, and avoiding the “Termination for Convenience” clause prohibition on the recovery of anticipatory profits.”
